Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed. Once your payment is confirmed, your order moves into production or shipping preparation.

Please note:

• For direct/manual payments (e.g., bank transfers or invoices issued outside the webshop), any currency conversion fees or payment provider charges are the responsibility of the Buyer, and the Seller must receive the full invoiced amount.

• This note does not apply to payments completed through the webshop checkout. Webshop payments are processed automatically and are considered final.
