When will my order be shipped?

Fine art prints are produced individually and usually ship within 3–5 business days.

Original paintings ship within 5–7 business days due to custom packaging.

Pre-order or made-to-order items may require additional processing time; this will be indicated on the product page.

What are the shipping options?

Orders are shipped from the Netherlands via reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, or DPD.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and product size/weight.

Tracking is included for all orders whenever available.

How can I track my order?

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email directly from Shipcloud.

Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for tracking updates.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

Delays may occur due to customs, high seasonal volume, or carrier issues.

If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, please follow the instructions in the tracking email. If further assistance is needed, feel free to reach out.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Typical delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 3–5 business days

  • EU countries: 5–10 business days

  • Outside EU: varies by country and customs processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or local postal services are outside our control.

What is the delivery timeframe?

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, VAT, and import fees may apply. These charges are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned:

  • Outbound shipping is non-refundable

  • Return shipping fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from any eligible refund

  • Made-to-order items are not refundable in cases of customs refusal

What happens if my address is incorrect?

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately via the contact form or phone — we can update it only before your order ships.

Once tracking has been created, the address can no longer be changed.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Reshipping fees apply

  • Refunds are not possible for undeliverable orders caused by incorrect address details

  • Made-to-order items remain non-refundable
